Brand new air packs for LFD Firefighters

The City of Lawrence Fire Department recently put brand new air packs into service, replacing 12-year old equipment. Division Chief of Fire Training John Phelps says, "We went to a higher PSI bottle, so we have more time and more air inside which helps us to perform our job longer and gives us more time to get out in an emergency situation."
