Facility Rental Guidelines
To request rentals availability, contact the Parks department at 317-545-7275.
Hourly rates apply Monday - Thursday. Daily rates apply to Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. All amounts are subject to 7 percent tax.
A security deposit is required to hold a date and the rental fee must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event. Rental forms are in the document group below.
If you plan to serve alcoholic beverages at the Community Center, you must purchase a $1 million insurance policy and provide proof of insurance to the Parks and Recreation Department. Policies can be obtained through homeowners’ insurance or through special event insurance companies.
Parks and Recreation Department-approved security is required for parties larger than 50 or events after 8 p.m. To request security availability, contact Sergeant Sean White at 317-586-1753.
