DPW crews complete 10,194 pot hole repairs this year

DPW crews continued their work this week, repairing pot holes throughout the city. DPW Director of Streets Jim Heneghan said 10,194 holes have been patched since the beginning of the year. "We were able to have several crews out today, working throughout the city to get the repairs made," Heneghan said. He added that reports to the DPW website about locations of needed repairs aid him in getting crews out faster. Repairs may be filed on the city's website @cityoflawrence.org.
