OYO opens season with parade to park

Players, coaches and family members joined the traditional parade to Veteran's Park, home of the Oaklandon Youth Organization's league play last Saturday. Mayor Steve Collier led the parade, driven by LPD Chief Dave Hofmann. Regular season openers took place after the 10 a.m. parade through Oaklandon.
