Mayor Collier presents award for winning t-shirt participant

Linda Reynolds, from Embroidery Sew Into It, joined Arts for Lawrence Director Judy Byron and Mayor Steve Collier as they presented Skiles Test first grader Emily Bullock with first prize for her coloring design from "A Lawrence Christmas." Reynolds provided the winning t-shirt and Mayor Collier presented a key to the City of Lawrence in the Mayor's Conference Room.
