Planting Lizzy: Lawrence's New Christmas Tree

Watch as we plant Lawrence's newest Christmas tree, affectionately named Lizzy by Mayor Deb Whitfield, in Lawrence Civic Plaza. Named after her grandmother's middle name, Elizabeth, Lizzy will be the star of the Tree Lighting Ceremony at A Lawrence Christmas on November 30th! Lizzy will shine brightly for our community as we continue the tradition that began with just 150 citizens in 2016 and grew to an incredible 3,200 attendees last year.
