Mayor Whitfield Visits Indianapolis Salt Cave

Have you ever wanted to turn off your phone, relax, and focus on your mental and physical health?

The Indianapolis Salt Cave might be the perfect place for you! Their Salt Cave is a unique, man-made recreation of an underground salt mine in Poland, rich in minerals necessary for the human body to function properly.

They are located in a former Fort Ben firehouse at 8899 Kent Avenue near Lawton Loop. They offer four different types of treatment experiences: Salt Cave, Hand & Foot Detox, Infrared Sauna, and a new Fire & Ice Cold Plunge.
