Mayor Whitfield Welcomes New Lateral Transfers to LFD

Mayor Deb Whitfield and Fire Chief Bob Wallace had the honor of swearing in the newest lateral transfers to the Lawrence Fire Department. Please join us in extending a warm welcome to:

• Firefighter/Paramedic Anthony Biggs

Over the past several weeks, these experienced professionals have completed an in-depth orientation program, which included a comprehensive review of our Standard Operating Guidelines (SOGs) and General Orders. Now officially assigned to their respective shifts, they are ready to serve alongside our dedicated crews across the city.

We’re proud to have them join the Lawrence Fire Department and look forward to the skills, knowledge, and commitment they bring to our community.
