Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management

The City of Lawrence (9001 E 59th Street, Suite 203, Lawrence, Indiana 46216) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with new trail construction along Lee Road and E 63rd Street between 59th Street and Winona Drive.
