Update from Indy Half Marathon at Fort Ben
August 27, 2020
Over the past several months, we have been working with Lawrence City officials, local authorities, medical providers, volunteers, participants and community partners to navigate all of the uncertainty surrounding the pandemic. The Lawrence Community has been extremely supportive throughout this process, however, given the fact that our organization’s mission is to improve health and wellness, and out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to convert the Indy Half Marathon at Fort Ben to a virtual event and forgo the in-person event experience in 2020. We remain fully committed to our mission of improving health and wellness through running events and programs.
Registrants have the option to convert their registration to virtual, defer to 2021, or donate their entry to our kids running program (Monumental Kids Movement).
Virtual Participation Bonus – As an added bonus for participants in the virtual competition this year, we are offering a 50% discount toward registration for the 2021 Indy Half Marathon at Fort Ben.
Please email info@beyondmonumental.org with any questions or to request a refund.
