We are proud of our city. The people who live here know how special Lawrence is, how much history we have, how many great restaurants are here, and how a budding art scene has grown into a $5.8 million Cultural Campus. Most Hoosiers know Fort Harrison State Park is amazing (and it is!), but Lawrence has so much more to offer. We are launching visitlawrenceindiana.com to help show off our city. This has been a difficult year for many because of COVID-19. Local businesses need our support now more than ever. Many of the restaurants highlighted on visitlawrenceindiana.com offer carryout and curbside pickup. Visiting a park is a great option for families looking for outside social distancing activities. We don’t want Lawrence to be a hidden gem anymore. We want everyone to see why we are so proud of Lawrence!
