Paving the way with new streets and neighbors

Mayor Steve Collier visited with Marcella Shinn this week as the repaving began near her home on Leone Drive. Mrs. Shinn is a 37 year resident of Lawrence and shared her approval of the new street signs and road improvements with Mayor Collier as he inspected the progress along the streets near Brook Park Elementary.
