Today, we held a Grand Opening Event for both the Fort Harrison and Indian Lake Water Treatment Plants, but just eight years ago Lawrence Utilities was in terrible financial shape. See how the water utility was saved by Mayor Steve Collier, City Controller Jason Fenwick, Lawrence Utilities Superintendent Scott Salsbery, the Utility Service Board, and the Lawrence Common Council in this video.
