Pendleton Pike Water Main Relocations

Summary:

The Work shall include the installation of approximately 55 linear feet of 4-inch PVC water main, 110 linear feet of 8-inch PVC water main, 190 linear feet of 12-inch Ductile Iron water main, along with the related fittings, valves, hydrants, and appurtenances, and other incidental work necessary for complete installation.

The water mains are being relocated out of conflict with INDOT’s storm sewer and roadway improvements. INDOT is responsible for all storm sewer, roadway improvements, and pavement and curb replacement. Damage to existing pavement, curb, and sidewalk not included in INDOT’s work will be treated as an incidental.

Procurement Schedule: 

Sealed Bids for Pendleton Pike Water Main Relocations, for the City of Lawrence Utilities (herein called the "OWNER") will be received by the Owner at the Utilities Operations Center, 9201 Harrison Park Court, Lawrence, Indiana until December 2, 2024 at 9:30 am (local time).

Any Bids submitted after 9:30 am must be hand delivered at 10:00 am to the Lawrence Government Center, Public Assembly Room, 9001 East 59th Street in Lawrence, Indiana.

Any Bids received later than 10:00 am will be returned unopened. All Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time.
