2024-2 Road Resurfacing

Sealed proposals shall be received at the City of Lawrence Department of Public Works' office located inside the Lawrence Government Center at 9001 E. 59th Street, Suite 205, Lawrence, Indiana 46216 by no later than 2:00 P.M. (local time) on January 23, 2025. All proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud soon after 2:00 PM on the same day (January 23, 2025) at the Public Assembly Room located inside the Lawrence Government Center (9001 E. 59th Street, Lawrence, Indiana 46216). Any proposals received after 2:00 PM time shall be returned unopened.

Plans & Specifications shall be downloaded from the City’s website at: http://www.cityoflawrence.org/procurement/bid-opportunities, or by emailing procurement@cityoflawrence.org

Plans and specifications shall be obtained by contacting the engineer – Shrewsberry & Associates; 7321 Shadeland Station; Suite 160, Indianapolis, IN 46256.  Electronic plans can be requested by contacting Shawn Will at swill@shrewsusa.com.  A non-returnable fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be charged for each hard copy desired and shall be shipped via UPS if so requested. Checks shall be made payable to Shrewsberry & Associates.

Plans and specifications shall be acquired by one of the means mentioned above to be eligible to bid on this contract.
