Hofmann, LPD pay tribute to Herbert on 13th anniversary

LPD Chief David Hofmann paid tribute to fallen LPD Officer Craig Herbert yesterday at the Government Center on the 13th anniversary of his tragic death. Officer Herbert's wife, Windy, and his parents were present for the moment of silence paid by public safety officers and officials from the City during the ceremony. Hofmann's tribute retold Herbert's bravery, service and dedication to keeping citizens in his community safe.
