The Corner at Fort Ben Ground Breaking

Mayor Deb Whitfield joined Foamcraft, Inc. this week to break ground on The Corner at Fort Ben — a brand-new retail and dining destination that will bring nearly 15,000 square feet of high-end restaurant space and unique local shops to the heart of Lawrence.

Located next to the Fort Ben Indianapolis Public Library Branch, the development will include exciting new options like a bakery, coffee shop, and ice cream shop — plus rooftop patio seating and welcoming common areas to gather with friends and neighbors.

Anchoring the space is Foamcraft’s own Comfort Option mattress store, offering custom, rebuildable mattresses made right here in Indiana.
