“We are excited to bring our transformational neighborhood development experience through this public private partnership with the City of Lawrence offering a sophisticated residential experience to Fort Ben with ‘The Benjamin’ ” said Keystone Group CEO, Ersal Ozdemir. “This great location just blocks from Fort Harrison State Park and adjacent to the new Lawrence Civic Plaza will bring exciting retail and restaurants to residents and businesses, as well as offer accessibility to many walking and biking trails; dog parks; and other green and public spaces.”
