Please check the City’s website at www.cityoflawrence.org and review the Commission’s meeting agenda under “Agendas & Minutes” or contact the Mayor’s Office at (317) 542-4556 prior to the scheduled meeting to receive current information about the meeting.
Due to the COVID-19 emergency, the Governor has issued Executive Orders allowing governmental agencies to conduct meetings virtually during the course of the public health emergency. If a virtual meeting format is allowed per the Governor’s Executive Orders, you will be provided information on how to participate. That information will be contained at the bottom of the meeting agenda that will be posted at the Government Center and on the City’s website as described above or you can contact the Mayor’s Office at the number above.
Please also be aware that the Commission is making every effort to follow all applicable laws, including Indiana’s Open Door Law, as it conducts meetings during the public health emergency.
The Commission has caused to be prepared and will have available for examination and use by all interested persons, in the office of the City of Lawrence Redevelopment Director, located at the Lawrence Government Center, 9001 East 59th Street, Suite 301, Lawrence, Indiana, the following:
A. Instructions to Bidders
