Mayor Whitfield Appoints New Fund Development Director

Mayor Deb Whitfield has appointed Jim Perron as the City’s new Director of Communications for Fund Development. Perron, a former Mayor of Elkhart, brings decades of municipal leadership and private sector experience in infrastructure, public safety, and environmental initiatives.
