We'd like to shine a spotlight on Jackie Fuller, an exceptional EDO Paramedic serving with the City of Lawrence Fire Department A Shift for the past 5 years. With LFD responding to an average of 7,000 EMS runs annually, Jackie plays a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our community.

Jackie's passion for emergency medicine stems from her innate desire to assist others. After exploring various avenues in healthcare, she discovered her calling in the fast-paced world of EMS. 

Reflecting on her journey, she shares, "What stands out most is the incredible support system and sense of camaraderie I've found within this department. Working alongside these amazing individuals feels like being part of a second family."

Fun fact: Jackie has a twin sister.
