VEX Robotics World Championship in Dallas, TX

Congratulations to Forest Glen, Amy Beverland, Indian Creek, and Oaklandon Elementary Schools. These schools qualified for the VEX Robotics World Championships and are competing in Dallas, Texas.
Of the four schools that attended, Oaklandon (Team 11109C - the OE Robot Squad) scored the highest with an average 79 points and ranked 21st in the Math division. Forest Glen (Team 10525K - The Krakens!) came in at 72.89 average points and ranked 29th in the Research division. Amy Beverland (Team 96902C - the ABE StarBots) came in at 56.56 average points and ranked 42 in the Engineering division. And Indian Creek (Team 10394X - X Marks the Spot) came in at an average of 50.22 points and ranked 54th in the Design division.
All MSDLT Schools represented the school district well. Congraulations to all the students, their parent coaches/mentors, and all of the school leaders and parents who volunteered so much of their time, talent, and treasure to pull off a terrific year in Robotics!
Indian Creek students are holding the flag.
The LT VEX Robotics League is an after school program funded by the Lawrence Township School Foundation.
