DPW crews fill 7,644 pot holes this year

DPW continue their work this spring filling pot holes throughout the city: 7,644 holes have been filled along the city's roadways. DPW Streets Department Head Jim Heneghan reported the total number of holes repaired April 16 at the end of the day. He said citizen reports to the website expedite the department's ability to make the repairs. "It's a big help when citizens see a place that needs repair and they either call it in to the Mayor's Action Line or complete the form online when they are not driving," said Heneghan.
