Don't miss Parks' Spring Fling April 20 at Lawrence Community Park

The Department of Parks & Recreation will host its annual Spring Fling Saturday, April 20 at Lawrence Community Park. The annual egg hunt is open to children of all ages and begins promptly at 10 a.m. Parks Department Head Eric Martin said, "Families should bring a basket or bag to collect eggs. It goes very quickly and the bag or basket helps the kids to collect the goodies." He said the children are divided into age groups for the hunt, and nearly 10,000 eggs will be prepared for the traditional event.
