Mayor Collier and City of Lawrence staff joined the bi-monthly meeting of the Exchange Club of Lawrence, Indiana at Jockamo Upper Crust Pizza Fort Ben/Lawrence to surprise Jeffry Young with a proclamation recognizing his wonderful contributions and dedication to supporting the City of Lawrence and the entire community.
