Sterrett Center (8950 Otis Avenue):

$600 +7 % Tax  for an entire day (Fri/Sat/Sun)  + $250 Security Deposit
Non-Resident
$800 +7 % Tax  for an entire day (Fri/Sat/Sun)  + $250 Security Deposit

Community Center (5301 North Franklin Road):

$500 +7 % Tax  for an entire day (Fri/Sat/Sun)  + $250 Security Deposit

$650 +7 % Tax  for an entire day (Fri/Sat/Sun)  + $250 Security Deposit

If you plan on serving alcohol at any of our facilities, you must purchase a $1,000,000 insurance policy and provide the Parks Department proof of that insurance.  Many can be obtained through homeowners’ insurance policies, or through special event insurance companies.

Any caterer may be used.

Security Deposit required to hold date. 
Rental fee must be paid in full 10 days prior to event.
